Purchasing products from a company that has an express warranty can help ensure your peace of mind, and when you purchase products from RingSmith, LLC you can be assured that if you should receive any merchandise that is defective as a result of our workmanship that we will uphold this warranty and the item will be replaced if customer notifies RingSmith of defect upon the same day/date of delivery.

DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY
All of our items are thoroughly inspected several times before being shipped to the customer, and are packaged securely for shipping.
If there is any damage to an item upon delivery and a replacement is required please notify us immediately on the same day/date of delivery and provide to us the shippers information regarding the said damage. Once RingSmith receives validation of the damaged item we will ship out the replacement. Sometimes, damaged packages are returned directly to the company, should we be notified of such an occurrence you will be notified of the status of your replacement order.
Please Note: All replacement items are dependent on stock on hand so we appreciate your patience if there is any delay in shipping out any replacement.
